What data we process and why

Your name and phone number are required. You may optionally provide your role or company, email or Telegram contact and a description of your business situation. We process this information to understand your request, prepare for a discussion and contact you.

Submitting the form creates a technical session cookie that binds the verification question to your browser. It is not used for advertising or analytics.

Transfer and storage

Data is sent to the request processing service configured by Devopside to deliver and handle your submission. It is retained until your request and our interaction are complete or you withdraw consent; after that, only where retention is required by applicable mandatory requirements.

How to withdraw consent

To withdraw consent, ask about processing or request data deletion, email order@soft4bs.ru. Include the contact from your original enquiry so we can locate it.

Do not submit passwords, payment details, medical data or other sensitive or confidential information through the form.
